Copyright and takedowns
Tsuzuku Manga respects the rights of creators and publishers. We do not store manga chapters on our servers; pages are fetched from MangaDex when you read. If you own the rights to a work and want it removed from Tsuzuku Manga, send a notice and we will disable it here, usually within two business days.
Where to send a notice
Designated agent: Bryan Orozco
Email: dmca@example.com
What to include
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- The copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- The Tsuzuku Manga page address (for example the manga page link) where it appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We block the title or chapter on Tsuzuku Manga, reply to confirm, and, where possible, let the source know. Repeat infringers lose their accounts. If you believe something was removed by mistake, you can send a counter notice to the same address with the details above and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.
Removing it at the source
Because chapters come from MangaDex, you may also want to contact MangaDex directly so the material is removed everywhere, not only on Tsuzuku Manga.
Chapters uploaded to Tsuzuku Manga
When uploads are turned on, verified groups and creators can upload chapters that we host ourselves. Every uploaded chapter is reviewed by a moderator before it goes public, uploads are never accepted for titles with an official English release, and every uploader confirms they have the rights to share the pages. A notice about an uploaded chapter removes the chapter and deletes its stored files from our servers, and a notice about a whole title removes every uploaded chapter of that title.
Repeat infringer policy
Each upheld copyright notice against an uploaded chapter adds one strike to the group that uploaded it and one strike to the person who uploaded it. At 3 strikes the group is banned and its uploaders lose upload rights. If a strike was given by mistake or a counter notice succeeds, an admin can remove the strike and restore upload rights. Every removal and strike is recorded in our moderation log.
