Using Tsuzuku Manga
Tsuzuku Manga is run by Bryan Orozco, an individual based in California, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Tsuzuku Manga. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or older. We remove accounts we learn belong to someone younger.
Content and ownership
Manga titles, covers, and chapter pages shown on Tsuzuku Manga come from MangaDex and belong to their creators, publishers, and translation groups. We do not store MangaDex chapters on our servers. Where we know of an official English release we link to it, and we encourage you to support official releases. Rights holders can ask us to remove material through our DMCA process.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Do not impersonate others or create accounts to get around a suspension.
- Give us a working email address. We use it to confirm your account and to reset your password.
Comments and community
- Follow the Community Guidelines: be respectful, no harassment, hate speech, threats, or spam.
- Tag or hide spoilers. Do not post links to pirated content.
- You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a free, worldwide permission to store, display, and moderate it on Tsuzuku Manga.
- Moderators may hide or remove posts, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Uploads
If chapter uploads are turned on, you may only upload pages you own or have permission to share, and never pages of a title with an official English release. Uploads are reviewed before they go public, and repeat copyright problems lead to a ban as described on the DMCA page.
Things you may not do
- Scrape, copy in bulk, or overload the site, or try to get around rate limits, the bot check, or other access controls.
- Probe, attack, or break the site's security, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Use the site for anything illegal.
Premium
If we offer a Premium subscription, it is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your profile, and you keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Prices and perks may change with notice. Premium never sells access to manga chapters; it covers extras such as no ads and reader themes.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or shut down the site at any time.
No guarantees
Tsuzuku Manga is a free, personal project provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Outside services can change or go offline, so features may break or change without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Your responsibility
If something you post or upload, or your misuse of the site, leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will post a notice on the site for important changes. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
